Our volunteer board provides vital leadership, guides our mission to create opportunities and improve lives across Central Massachusetts.
Board members serve as stewards of the funds raised in our community, ensuring they are invested wisely in programs aligned with our impact areas: Youth Opportunity, Healthy Community, Financial Security, and Community Resilience. They help shape policies, approve budgets and audits, and make key funding decisions for our community partners. Beyond governance, they bring their passion, expertise and connections to drive real change.
