United Way of Central Massachusetts is able to connect reporters to dozens of experts in a wide variety of fields. Within the three focus areas United Way supports, children, youth, and people most in need, United Way can serve as reference and referral for information on the following topics:

Workforce development and education programs
United Way is also able to serve as a resource for volunteer management and volunteer opportunities, partnership with AFL/CIO, and various non-profit management related issues.
