Philip Sullivan and Robert LaRose are members of Worcester Firefighters Local 1009. They lead a team of dedicated volunteers, from the Worcester Firefighters Local 1009, together constructing safe, secure and well-built handicap ramps for people in need. Through Phil and Bob’s tireless efforts the Central Massachusetts AFL/CIO Handicap Ramp Program was able to build six ramps last year. Phil and Bob’s dedication to community service also includes participating in the Firefighter Boot Drive, Christmas toy and food drive, and Letter Carriers Food Drive.
