Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Part time)
We are currently seeking two part-time Administrative Assistants/Receptionists to join our team. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will:
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, mailing preparations, etc.
• Greet and direct visitors to meetings
• Assist with meetings and special event preparations.
• Provide information to a diverse population of walk-in visitors in need of referral services

The Relationship Manager will work within a team of 5 people to organize and execute fundraising campaigns with our central Massachusetts partner corporations. There is no cold calling involved. The candidate will be the public face of the United Way in the community. S/he will be responsible for managing approximately 35 campaigns raising between $600,000-$800,000 for our community. Some early morning and late evening meetings will take place. We are looking for an energetic, can-do candidate who wants to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment. Prior experience in sales, fundraising, event planning and/or customer care/service are a plus but not a requirement. Professional attire, a working car, and valid drivers license are required.
