Request for Proposals and Reports

It is time to begin the review process of  United Way funded program(s) for Supporting Positive Youth Development and Helping People Most in Need.

  Please note: the two Beneficiary forms are on one spreadsheet with tabs at the bottom identifying each form.   

All forms are to be completed and returned by e-mail (applications@unitedwaycm.org) to United Way of Central Massachusetts on or before February 26, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.  A separate report with their associated forms is required for each program.  Please be advised that incomplete or late forms could be cause for withholding your funding. 

Our review process will be lead by a team of community volunteers.  They will read your report, and if they have questions, we will submit these to you and you will be asked to respond in writing. 

The purpose of this review process is to make a recommendation in regard to the continuation of funding for your program.  Funding levels will be contingent on a positive review of your program and the availability of funds from the United Way Campaign.  You will be notified no later than June 30, 2010 of the funding decisions.

Women's Initiative 2010 Request for Proposals

The Women’s Initiative of United Way of Central Massachusetts (UWCM) is announcing an opportunity for programs to submit grant requests addressing the issue of “Violence Affecting Middle School Girls.”

Those wishing to apply for these funds must complete and submit the required items listed in the “Application Checklist” file by February 12, 2010.

Women's Initiative Quarterly Reports:

Currently funded programs are to submit quarterly reports. For the current 2009 funding cycle these will be due on 10/30/09, 1/30/10, 4/30/10, and 7/30/10.
